Introducing our IB95000 IBI Transfer System
The Western Transfer Protein System allows rapid transfer of protein/peptide samples from Polyacrylamide gels to membranes of either 8 x 10cm or 10 x 10cm formatted gels. The transfer system accomodates two cassettes for transfer depending upon the format. Mini PAGE gels or Mini Agarose gels can be transferred in the module within a high intensity field while maintaining comparable resolution.

an extraction grade blue stain in polyacrylamide gels without fixation for Maldi-MS. This unique staining solution provides tracking staining intensity during the staining process with low background. No need for multi-washing steps. To enhance staining sensitivity use water washes. Use prior extraction from gel, Western blotting, analysis by Maldi-MS, and staining of 2D gels. Sensitivity: 20ng protein per band.
SeeBand Stain Analytical Grade - SeeBand IB01033 is an analytical grade protein staining solution in polyacrylamide gels with fixation that increases the
sharpness of band formation. This solution provides tracking staining intensity during the staining process with low background. No multi-washing steps. For enhanced staining sensitivity, use water washes. Ideal for analytical use, staining 2D gels, and staining proteins for long-term documentation. Sensitivity: 20ng protein per band.
Coomassie Stain - Quick Coomassie Blue IB01032 provides protein staining in one hour. This cost effective, rapid alternative system is highly sensitive and simple to use. The two reagent system achieves ten minute staining and 40 minute destaining of SDS-PAGE gels. Can be used for staining protein gels and 2D gels. Sensitivity: 20ng protein per band. One liter makes two liters of solution.
Silver Stain - SeeBand IB01036 silver staining solution is Maldi-MS compatible. Highly sensitive silver stain is supplied in an easy to use kit for staining proteins and nucleic acids in polyacrylamide gels. With 200pg protein per band, the stain features low background in an all liquid format. Can be used to stain bands prior to extraction from gel and prior to Western blotting, as well as for analysis by Maldi-MS and staining 2D gels. Kit makes 2.5 liters (additional reagents needed: methanol and acetic acid).
