IBI
Scientific accepts orders by phone, fax, mail, email and
online. When placing an order, please provide a purchase
order number or credit card, list quantity, catalog number,
and a brief description of the products.

am and 5:00 pm CST by calling

Minimum
Orders
Although IBI Scientific
does not have a minimum order requirement, orders below
$75.00 are subject to a $10 charge per order. Credit
Card purchases are exempt from this requirement.

Payment
Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 days
with approved credit. To avoid unnecessary delays,
customers who do not have an account with IBI Scientific
may charge their order to VISA or Master Card, or enclose
a check or money order.
Shipping
IBI Scientific delivers
orders on a 2-3 day shipping schedule. All domestic
handling and freight charges are pre-paid and added
to the invoice.
Returns
If you would like to return
an item, please contact a IBI Scientific customer
service representative to receive a return authorization
(RA) number. all returns must include the RA number,
include original packaging and be shipped pre-paid.
Items returned without proper authorization will not
receive credit. A 15% restocking charge may be assessed
for returned items.
Warranties and Liabilities
Each order is carefully checked and
inspected before shipment. IBI Scientific is not
responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment.
Should you find a shortage, breakage, or damage, please
report it to the carrier immediately and file a claim
for loss. IBI Scientific warrants products against
manufacturing defects or items sent in error. A claim
must be made with IBI Scientific to replace an
item shipped in error within 15 days of receipt of
the mistaken items. Please check product manuals for
specific product warranty information.
